How to increase our McCafe sales....?

Hiaz.. Nowadays our McCafe sales already drop liao.. AND also "OUT OF TOP TEN".. This is bad news to us.. BUT we cannot control the water and electricity bill thats still increasing AND wasted many many things everyday.. what should we do..? Only doing (LDS) 'Lobby Dessert Selling'..? Oh and nowadays got many customer cannot finish their COFFEE most of the time.. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND our feeling..? It strike us deeply.... Or increase our Coffee quality..? What the hell... I dont want to see our Cafe going to wreck.. Can you guys give me any idea for increasing our sales....?
