Haiz... Recently at Mcdonald suddenly i become a "hot topic" again. BUT this time would not scandal with the girl.. Is negative topic for me. That time, Let's me was very SUCK And felt like Sad And Upset.. Some ppl had talk AND wrote alot about me on their blog... That's alot of ppl most like talking about me... "CHANGE". Just how do you thinking me... By the way, they dont know how come i"ll can be "bossy" now, and directing ppl to sweap and mop on the floor, go stock-up and 'Clean As You Go'(CAYG). Action like a Crew leader or manager!!! Actually my working experience at Mcdonald till now just 5 month plus only. In January, i still remember starting to join Mcdonald. BUT why i want to join Mcdonald..? Someone had ask me this question before... (I really have thinking this question) After that, all the recollection reappearing on my brain...... The reason is very simple.. I just only want to make friend AND learn how to speak English. Because i dont have any local education in Singapore. And i also dont have Any Friend in Singapore can go out for fun. So, i'm too boring at Singapore. i also know Language is very important in Singapore. BUT also is my Big Problem. IF you still want stay in Singapore, then Must learn how to speak English. This is first step... BUT who i dont know want to talking to... Very very sad... So i decided to interview Mcdonald.. Maybe i can make friend and learn English at there. This is my first mind to join Mcdonald. I was lucky can come LOT ONE Mcdonald to work. Because they are dont mind i dont know how to speak english. Before that, i had goes Jurong East, Bukit Batok And Bukit Gombak Mcdonald interview. And ask me go back first, waiting they are calling.. BUT the end... they all not approve me, still got one store manager said this words to me "Erm.. Sorry, we are cannot taking you, because you dont know how to speak english". But i said i can learn, but he still dont give me any change... For me this is very hurt at that time.... i'm very blur~~ AND i'm really is a slowly learner.. so everytime let my personal trainer (jessica) angry until she cannot tahan!!!! want to go die liao!!! (haha). By the way, i'm really want to thanks her, she is a good trainer!!! Really teach me alot of thing. When i start to learning Counter and Runner, she is my trainer. When i learn Kitchen she also my trainer. Of course, she very not willing to teach me, beause i'm not really earnest to learn everything. Just play play and casual... That's she knew AND i also admit la. BUT she still used by strict way to training me, then i always get scolding from her. (haha). Actually i'm a troublesome person to 2 people at Mcdonald before, then i also always kena scolding from him. i"m wont deference SOC. then just doing my style. he is a (FM) Floor Manager naught me... i cannot doing very well. then i was a very very shy person... How come i can be 'bossy' and directing ppl to do thing..? Because i"m VERY close with managers? The answer is NOPE!!! Actually, i knew i really dont have any influence AND qualification to ask ppl to do thing for me... That reason is because i"m just a McCafe BEANIE only. From what i know, basically when our dont have customer, Sorry.. Can i said when you guys very "free"? Just stand there then chatting with friends or play play nothing to do right? Did you think about CAYG or stock-up...? Maybe you guys just come to work find friend for fun, then time-up go home together... dont need to care too much about store, just come for earn money. Right? I'm not said cannot playing when you work, at least BUT i know i"m not totally is right.. So, now i want apologize to everyone. Still got many many way is used by wrong way.. First thing is MY attitude got problem... i still cannot control my temper.. LoL...
At here.. i want to thanks you guys still willing to reminder me.. What should i want to do...
