Crew Outing..!!!

Yeah!!! I was so happy today. I got increase our Cafe sell

Hmmm.. Finally I had really doing Lobby Dessert Selling (LDS) today. This is a proof i am not really useless in McCafe. AND i had really try i best to increase sell. I was so happy!!!! Before it i scared walk alone to lobby and a same time looking for customer bought Drink or Coffee from McCafe. So when Meiyan or HuiLing want to do (LDS) then i will asking.. Can you bring me along? I wanted to learn they are how to doing (LDS) and how to talk to customer AND MUST SMILE. I admit i really dont have a perfect english so this is my weakness when i doing everything in Singapore.Today around 0745pm to 0900pm i alone walk out from Cafe to lobby and looking for customer. That is not easy for the looking customer AND can spend money to McCafe drink. So can said this is a successful start to me. Jia You ba!!!!

yeah..!! I really enjoyed the Crew Outing.... Lot 1 Mcdonald's is the company that i join and this time round is my first outing with them.
It happened on 17 June 2008, we went to Sentosa with the whole management, crew and Beanie One big family.....
Like I said this is the First ever outing i had with them, it is really very fun but along with the enjoyment there are also remorseful-ness....
I'm implying both Boss and Michelle.....This outing is definitely the last one for both of them because they are leaving for West Coast Park by the end of this month......
Michelle had been treating me like a younger brother all along BUT alot of times many would misunderstand the relation between us.....
Hmmm.. Now, everyone must be thinking about their own Future... be it working Mcdonald for your whole life or...... something else?? When the New RM take over this store everything will CHANGE..

Tired...

From 12pm to 4am plus... Damn tired.. Because yesterday i start work from 12pm to 0830pm.. After that, i still stay in store.. Wanted to accompany michelle, we are close to each other nowadays because all the rest were india guys.. So.... must stay with her right..? After everything still got to Morning call for that 'Ma Fan' female beanie to wake up... Scare she late again.. Then around 4am

Main Store & Cafe

i am always working around the Two Place... Main Store & Cafe.. Must chose one right? Because I'm always "playing" around the two places, then I'm really tired tired tired now.. But from what i know.. This is worth it.... Because i knew that i am helping all the manager's AND Store. So even i get a little too tired & keep Complaining.. Complaining... again.. BUT I'm still willing to help them, because i know that.. They are expecting someone that can help at the back, also someone that must be able to work best with them.... That's why i wanna be the best one.. BUT now.. Maybe everything will change in this month..
